Welcome to THRIVE AT 50+, the program for you if you are looking for a transformation, a renewal, a newfound purpose and direction with your life, a vibrant spring back in your step, a way through midlife's challenges or just a new reinvented YOU!!

Of course, every midlife story is different and every woman is individual but I am here to say I have seen a lot of adversity (please read my story on the 'about' page), I have bent, swayed and broken, I have rebuilt myself piece by piece and I have remerged with a completely new outlook, a sparkle, purpose and vibrancy that this second half of life is amazing.

I want the same for you.

My approach is simply what worked in my own life and this process is the key to true transformation, inside and out. It comes from addressing our mind, body and soul.

MIND

Our mindset is often the thing that holds us back and keeps us stuck. You may have deep held assumptions and beliefs about getting old, the second half of your life, your abilities, your future.

Together we will deep dive and reframe these beliefs and get you to a place where you also see the future through a positive lens.

It's easy to think everyone else is doing great and 'why am I the only one struggling?' but I'm here to challenge that and inspire you to get out there and grab life with both hands!!

I dragged my feet into my midlife feeling tired, depressed, overweight and incapable and I am here to show you that I sure as heck am not going out that way! 

​

Your feelings may be multiple and everyone will be different. They are all valid to express.....

"I feel I want to do more but I just don't know how"

"I feel it's just too late"

" I don't feel lost now my kids have left home"

"I'm not happy in my relationship "

"I feel so unhappy about my body and weight"

"I'm a people pleaser"

"I am devastated after the loss of my parent and can't move on"

"I feel like I am just stuck in a rut"

Anything you can express then the better, the deeper we can go and get to the root of the issue and reframe it.

I work in a safe, nurturing, confidential space so please be assured.

Together we will dig deep, challenge these beliefs and work on my process of reframing until eventually you will feel your whole outlook changing. This alone will have such an impact on your life

BODY

​

Of course our body changes in our midlife and after 50 it becomes harder to stay in shape and lose weight. We can start to struggle with body image, knowing what to eat and when, motivation to exercise and move.

There are so many confusing messages out there about what to do and what not to do at this age, it can be really overwhelming.

I am here to give you clarity around this and help you get to a healthy place in your life with balance, wholefoods and movement advice.

We will work on setting a nutrition plan that works for you and discuss what works best for women of our age in terms of nutrition, portion sizes and exercise.

This part of the program is like the healthy platform to build everything else upon so we incoporate this early on working together.

MIND

​​

This part is an incredibly important piece and don't worry,its not too 'woowoo' and  I really suggest that you incorporate the practices that are so life changing. We go deeply into the true meaning of acceptance, leaning into life, gratitude practices, the power of meditation and being still, prayer and compassion for self and others. 

​

Believe me when I say this piece of the puzzle is so impactful. It has been incredibly eye opening for me and it will for you too.

The cost of the 12 sessions is paid in full up front is $1450.00

​

You can also pay in two 6 monthly instalments of $725.00

​

or single one hour sessions at $125.00 paid 

​

The sessions can be weekly or every two weeks.
